What the owners say
My cat is shy and has chronic illnesses that need regular medication. They were absolutely impeccable, rigorous and careful to do everything just right. They never forced the situation, they respected his space — and that, for me, is worth a lot.
One of my dogs has a difficult temperament and struggles to accept strangers. João and Tânia made the visits needed to be sure he accepted them. I always got videos, photos and a list of everything that was done! The only downside — my furry ones miss João and Tânia!
Even the smallest one, who is afraid of everyone, gets all happy with the visits. They play with the 3-year-old (who has loads of energy) and pamper the 16-year-old (who just wants soup and rest)!
The most important thing for us is trust: we hand over our house keys with total peace of mind. It's a relief to be able to travel knowing our cats are happy and safe in their own home.
Ozzy was rescued from abuse and, though very sweet, is a very shy animal — but they won him over quickly and he had a lot of fun.
Aqui há cão — but there's a cat too :) and our kitties love Tânia and João's visits. I trust them 100%. And they take excellent photos!
